The vehicle was mechanically flawless and virtually brand new, but previous customers' garbage was still in it and the passenger seat was covered in cat hair.
David M.Booked at another location but the van had broken down when we arrived at noon. They booked this location & informed us that it would be ready & waiting. Took attendant over half an hour to simply enter the information. Then, he announced that "Van hasn't been used in a month. Hope it starts." It was encase in ice. Took another 30 minutes to get it out of the ice. Over an hour lost. Van was FILTHY. Awful experience.

Glenn B.When I arrived and spoke to the attendant he called someone on what appeared to be hi personal cell phone then asked me to wait for a while. I didn't know what I was waiting for - I thought for the cusomers in the store to complete their business. But the phone rang a while later an he put me on the line with someone who did not identify themselves but asked for my credit card details. After I was done I was waiting for some confirmation - anything - but I realized after a few minutes the person on the other end hung up. I finally received some emails with contracts etc. The attendant then took me outside to see the van. The inside was absolutely disgusting. The back floor was caked with drywall dust. The front cabin was full of garbage, even after the attendant grabbed 2 handfule of it and left me the keys. In the front cabin there were old food bags, a dirty mask, and a bunch of garbage on the floor and dashboard. The sign in app website for the van only allowed me to upload one picture. When I returned the van the attendant just took the keys and said something about the receipt being sent later today. As I drove home I was suspiscious because no one even checked the van when I got there. I called the UHaul 1-800 number and was informed the wait time was over 30 minutes. I hung up and tried the live chat. I informed the person of the bad experience and said I wanted to make sure the van was marked as returned. He said that he could not complete the return remotely, but that it should be done at the end of the day. He made a note on my file though. Overall - I would never go back here. I rented a van from a comepetitor a couple of years ago and I was amazed at how easy and professional it was. Not the case here.
