To make to not overbook vehicles or place add ones/deletions to a persons order without verifying with them first. To also let the person know more than 15 mins before pick that they'll have to use transportation to pick up their uhaul rather than walking 5-20mins to their neighborhood uhaul location.Jange P.

Horrible moving experience. Rented a truck and needed it overnight. They called me next day and told me I will be charged $150. Fine, but when I checked credit card they charged me $162, plus a $59 with no receipt at all. I spent total $310 for renting one truck over one night. Also, you can't find a place to park the truck when you return after hour, and no one is there arranging anything. Shame on UHaul and I wish they have a competitor to beat it down.Chongliang L.

There were no dollies or blankets available to rent; my reservation was transferred to this location from a location that was much more convenient to my house; the pick up process seemed understaffed and fairly inefficient given how much time was spent on the pre-registration process. Everything was pretty good, except for the woman handling reservations and customer service. She was extremely rude, dismissive, I saw her roll her eyes multiple times at other customers, disinterested, on her personal cell phone while handling customers and overall extremely unprofessionalTHOMAS M.
My confirmation had a different facility in Philadelphia . I had to wait on hold for 40 minutes before someone answered. Then they had to transfer me to the 24/7 department. They are the ones who told me I had go to this facility. Your website needs to be more explicit of which one has the 24/7 pick up. It was very stressful. UHaul of University City was wonderful! They were helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about them!Kevin G.
Our truck's gas tank gauge was broken and reads as slightly under half tank, such that when we tried to fill the 0.5 gallons we thought we used, gas actually gushed out of the tank and spilled onto the floor. The truck also had low pressure in one tire, broken suspensions, and required two hands to turn the key to start. The furniture pads and dollies that I had reserved online a month ago were also all taken. Finally, it took 20 minutes to get to the front of the line to claim our truck. Other than that, everything went smoothly and the staff was courteous and helpful.Helen M.

CSR was okay... the vehicle was not COVID clean... but the BIGGEST problem was the suspension...we have rented many rental trucks, but this one drove terribly... the truck actually rocked from side to side...we were not aware of this problem until the truck was packed and on the highway... miserable drive...CHONITAUNDERWOOD C.
Absolutely awful experience from the time we made the reservation until we dropped off. We originally made the reservation for the Havertown location. My understanding while booking the reservation was if they didn't have the truck we reserved available, they would either offer a different size truck or ask what location was nearest we wanted to pick up from. Instead, a woman called us from the Havertown location to say that they didn't have the truck and transferred the reservation to 48th and Chestnut. Would not let us ask if there was a different size truck and didn't ask us if that location was okay. Just kept cutting us off on the phone and said that's the way it is and that we couldn't change it. Then we we go to pick up, there's one man working, which we weren't even sure if he did work there because he was wearing a backpack and basketball shorts. When the woman in front of us asked about what the insurance covered he said "I don't give a shit if you get it, I just have to ask you." When it was our turn, he told us to go ask the guy outside which truck was ours. We go outside and the guy told us it "Wasn't his problem" to help us find which truck was ours and we shouldn't have assumed he worked there DESPITE the man inside telling us to go directly to him. He did work there supposedly so I'm not sure what the problem was. Then driving past the Havertown location on the way to our moving spot, they had at least 8 trucks of the same size on that lot when they told us there was not a single one available.Richard K.
