Brake was very stiff, even the slightest tap would jolt us forward. Engine would get the RPM stuck at any speed over 50. Trailer Indicator light was on the dashboard. Every bump made it feel like the trailer was going to fly off. Not good.WALTER K.

Be prepared to spend at least 30min at this place, even when you pick up through the app. The vehicles always smell like cigarette smoke, and while generally clean there's always lots of crumbs/ spilled liquids in cup holders, things that feel especially uncomfortable renting during a pandemic since it's clear they don't clean vehicles between customers. This location is always busy, and the most inconvenient of all locations due to wait times and unclean vehicles. I only rent here as a last resort.Karena V.
Renting a truck from here was an absolute nightmare. Wish I could give 0 stars. In short: understaffed with employees unconcerned about safety, no customer service, and regularly gives reserved trucks away to the wrong customer. Have used this location several different times and have learned my lesson never to go to this location again. It is worth the extra drive out of the city to get a truck to not have to deal with this crap. I spent over an hour trying to pick up my Uhaul from this location because the staff was performing so poorly. I reserved my truck a week in advanced and elected to do an independent pick-up and check-in since I knew that the store would be busy. After I checked in online I found out the store had GIVEN MY TRUCK AWAY TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I then spend 20minutes on hold on the phone to get another truck, and the one they got me didn't have keys in it. I spend another 20min online with a chat agent and finally get another truck and the staff (literally only 2 people working on a weekend) can't find the keys for 10min. They give me the truck that has a â€œSERVICE TIRE MONITOR SYSTEMâ€ and an error light on the dash. I ask the staff member and he said it was fine. Later that day, the tire goes almost completely flat and I have to wait another 90minutes before we get someone to come and fix it. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable and could have all been prevented. I am incredibly disgusted by the negligence and lack of customer service on Uhaul's part and will never be renting from this location again.Spencer K.

One of the employees upon arrival was not wearing a mask. There was only one worker helping customers. She was not even working and yet there without a mask. It is a sign of respect to wear one and she did not. It made me uncomfortable and felt unsafe. This branch is poorly run and the 15 foot uhaul box truck gas cap was stuck on therefore we were unable to fill up the gas tank. We were charged for the gas amount too which is unfair and for the next family that rents this truck is unsafe. My dad luckily got the truck back to the lot with just enough gas. Otherwise, this truck would've broken down on us. I do not recommend getting a rental from this location at all.Rachel A.
