Did not intersect with personnel
Richard HWish they had a better system for pickup when the computers are down. Choices were try to make a new reservation (which didn’t work) or keep calling customer service. Took me an extra hour which resulted in my return being pushed back because by the time I got to the storage facility the office was closed.

Russell MThis U-Haul company was very well put together. I was sent to them after the first U-Haul place I went to didn’t have not one key in each lockbox. The lady over the phone gave me the code to every last lockbox and there was not one key in any one of them. I was then sent to another U-Haul facility which was 2601 Snyder Ave and as soon as I got to the place, the lady gave me the code to the lockbox. I opened it up and the key was there. The truck started right up and I finally got a chance to start moving my stuff after two hours of sitting at the first U-Haul facility I booked the reservations for so one thing I can say about 2601 Snyder Ave is that they were very reliable and everything was in order. Highly recommend.
