There was a big misunderstanding when picking up the truck, pushing my time back 4 hours. there was no furniture dolly which i was charged double for. the lady at the gas stop was very helpful in handling the situation but u-haul was not.

The U-Haul had the wrong starting mileage. I was over charged by about 50$ email sent to U-Haul with no response.
BOWAN KThis was booked to be a mobile pickup. On my arrival, I got an error stating the equipment was not available even though I was parked next to it. I called uhaul and they advised me to go into the Arco gas station and the attendant tried her best to help me while also dealing with all the customers for the gas station. The uhaul system basically made her so an entire new reservation which changed all the prices. When she was unable to fix this, I had leave and return the next morning to get the truck. We again had the same issue, which was eventually figured out. This was after over an hour the night I was supposed to receive the truck and 40 min the following morning when I actually received the truck. Please fix the mobile system!!

Dale HI was charged an extra $32 at the time I turned in my truck because of mileage. I had ordered a truck for local moving, and was inconvenienced by having to pick up the truck at a different location than what I was originally told. I think I should be refunded that amount due to the negligence of you guys, and the extra mileage that was added was because the drop off point you picked that was closest to my location I was moving was over 20 miles away. Sounds fishy to me!
