Rick A.The office was difficult to locate. I requested a dolly and moving blankets when I booked the truck and trailer. There was not a dolly available and i was not given moving blankets. And the price was higher than when I booked it and I'm not sure why because I was not given a printed receipt. I had to buy a dolly at Home Depot.

Theartrie J.I called to reserve a 10' truck, I got to the location and they had already rented it out. Then I was told that I would get the 20' truck for the price of the 10' truck. I get my receipt and noticed, I was charged the full price of the 20' truck. On top of that, my online receipt said $61 and some change. My card was charged over $70. I was lied to and I will never go back to this location or recommend it to anyone.
