Raj K.My reservation was for location 1901 E Broadway, Phx. I arrived just after 11am, the place was closed (2 UHaul trucks out front tho). I waited a few min then called and left message. Waited at least 15 more, called and left another message. Someone called me, I answered and it was woman from location 601 E Broadway, Phx asking if I was coming for the truck, and she said at no one ever at 1901 location. I went to 601 for truck, by then 1 hr after agreed time. Place was a dirty garage, no supplies, and man there not customer service savvy and woman on phone giving him all directions. There were no UHaul supplies. I had to take down mileage and gas reading for him. Windows rain and dust splattered, no fluid in windshield cleaner, mirrors are extremely hard to adjust. Man left before I did. I was now almost 2 hrs late. I stopped at another 'official' UHaul location to get supplies, he filled (dry) washer fluid reservoir, got the windshield cleaned and mirrors adjusted. Very pleasant customer service. Will look for this place next time I need a truck.
