The uhaul was fine , the storage is clean but the process of pick up and drop off sucks so bad . I think you need to go back to the drawing board if you think that this is an acceptable way to rent uhauls , the process was confusing and cut into my 4 hours by 38 min . Taking the truck back was equally frustrating, trying to find bar code scanner , that was eventually found on the side of orange key box . I hope i turned the truck in correctly.
Brian SCheck in with the Mobil App was terrible. Good thing I was not in a hurry to try and get on the road. It took over 45 minutes to get checked in with the App. It would load and then cut out and have to reload. then the return took another 45 minutes to finish the return. Will never check in again using this app. U-Haul needs to work on better customer service using this Mobile Check in
