Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery expensive experience for what was essentially a donation of a couch in good condition. The couch was already outside and ready for pickup, so there was minimal labour required. I was extremely surprised by the cost, especially given that I was trying to donate the couch to help someone in need. While the two gentlemen who came to pick it up were very nice and friendly, I cannot justify the cost for the service provided. In my opinion, the pricing for what is described as “full service” feels excessive and, frankly, like customers are being taken advantage of. I will not be using 1-800-JUNK again, nor would I recommend the company to others based on the cost. It is disappointing when you are genuinely trying to donate something in good condition to help someone else, only to feel that you have been charged an unreasonable amount for doing so. Such a shame, because the actual pickup experience with the two gentlemen was pleasant. The pricing is what ultimately ruined the experience for me.

Roberto SNot happy that I was charged for two days for insurance and the rental. I needed for 9 hrs and didn’t realize that the extra hour counted as an extra day. I rushed around to make sure I was back in time only to be charged more. I should have kept for the additional day I suppose. Not happy at all that I was not told one hour cost me an entire day
