Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI rented two trucks in the same week and did exactly the same process. Day 2 was a smaller truck and with no warning I was charged an extra $35 for fuel and a $30 fuel surcharge. This made the cost double the larger truck. We were asked to leave it at 1/4 tank and did, This excess charge is disgusting and I will never recommend this location or U-Haul again. Nobody said a word to us and just added this charge. Utterly disgusting customer service. We drove this car 20km. The first truck had a check engine light and we struggled to get it into reverse and it felt like it would break down at any moment. Thankfully we only had to drive it 20 km total, but would never have trusted this car to go on a trip. Our experience was brutal.
Fiona PThe only part that was difficult is the online check-in to be done when received the vehicle. My phone would not allow me to take pictures to past to the link, but I took them anyways and had them on hand.
DIANA MThe attendants were friendly and the service was great!
