The employee Sheri Robbins wasn't wearing a mask indoors while assisting me, despite the mask mandate. There are signs when you walk in that say a mask is required, but apparently not for her! When I walked into her office she was on the phone, and I heard her saying, "Well I paid for it so what are you going to do about it?". It was a very rude comment, and when she was dealing with me her rudeness was also apparent. I don't think she would like if I was short and curt to her like she is to other people. Would not recommend this U-Haul to my friends.

I unfortunately had to go into the office to ask for some help about getting the code for the key lock box (this was my first time using the mobile pick up) when I went inside to ask a few questions the lady in the office was so rude to me and spoke to me like I was a complete idiot and then proceeded to roll her eyes.

The van I rented had dirt in the back and was not swept and cleaned before I rented the vehicle. I made a reservation online for a dolly that was not in the van
Complete BS there's an expectation I'd carry my cell phone during a move to sign it in at drop off. The $20 surcharge was an insult, the truck was back as promised at 11:30 pm. If this is such an issue then have someone work 24 hours. The lady at store was awesome, but u-haul the company needs to re-think its policies.
I had seen a previous comment talking about adherence to covid19 regulations - I just want to say that, when I went (12/24/2020), all the staff at the location were wearing masks (over the nose and everything!) and were super super nice. It's a great location for U-Haul, and this time and another time that I've rented from there, it was a much nicer and easier experience than I had at other locations. :)

Refused to wear a mask, said it was â€œa medical conditionâ€, allows her staff to work without masks although there are multiple signs displaying â€œThis location requires that you wear a mask at all times.â€ THESE ARE REQUIREMENTS SO FEWER PEOPLE DIE. These are regulations by the federal and state governments FOR A REASON. She is NOT a special snowflake. She works with people ALL DAY without masks and put me and mine at risk. Unacceptable. Livid. U-haul calls themselves a â€œneighborhood dealerâ€ but I would never recommend using u-haul to a friend, neighbor, or enemy at this point - not a safe or family-friendly environment, although those are supposedly the values of this company. Furthermore, Sheri provided incredibly rude service, told me when I arrived that she was about to cancel my reservation although I had booked for the whole day. That's not done. This was blatantly disrespectful and it felt discriminatory. Sheri was such a nightmare it was easily in the top 3 worst customer experiences I've ever had. As a world traveler, that's remarkable that she made the list. That should signify how internationally awful she is. No health & safety protocols. No customer focus. Not going back ever. The google reviews for this location have pages of one star reviews citing her BY NAME saying how rude, discriminatory, vindictive and difficult it was to work with her. Any reviews higher than 3 stars seem to be from White customers, as per their google photos. My experience was not an isolated incident and she is a continuous problem, not just for myself, but for others in the past, and likely in the future if she is allowed to continue to work for the company. It shouldn't matter that she's the GM, these traits that she displays are beyond problematic, and not indicative of a supposedly family friendly company. Moving is hard enough without her to put you at risk of a deadly virus, potentially arbitrarily cancel your truck reservation, and point, discriminate and be rude. We often require larger trucks for our business and the location and inventory is great. In addition, we have come to know Sherri who works there. She's always friendly and makes it a joy. Been there at times when they are swamped and she's always cool, calm, collective and professional. We have been in the service business for over 90 years and she makes coming to this location a joy. Thanks for making our Choice of rental trucks a breeze and fun. See you again soon. If you can get Sherri to take care of you it's even nicer. Tom

Sherry is the BEST -we have experienced a series of horrific events in our family this year, Sherry is familiar with our whole family and has extended the highest quality of service to us. Sherry has expressed her genuine compassion care and concern for our family during our difficult time.As always she has gone above and beyond with her customer service as well as the rest of her staff. The equipment is always clean and well serviced as well as the multiple units we have rented currently and in the past.We are there very often and she has become part of our extended family, We truly appreciate everything Sherry has done to help us and will continue to be loyal UHAUL customers -
The manager wasn't wearing their mask on 3 separate visits. Was rude and failed to check me in when I returned the vehicle.
The employee was very helpful with all of the questions that I had. Even called me to tell me that I had left my house keys in the vehicle even though he was about to leave work in 10 minutes due to it almost being 6 o clock. Very helpful
The manager at this location was very rude. I used this location twice that week and I'll never use it again.
Make sure the truck windows are defrosted on cold days. I took me at least 15 minutes to defrost the windows.

The assistant was VERY unkind and cynical. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
A few considerable issues. The contactless pickup didn't work properly and I needed to use the chat help to resolve it. The process didn't accept my wife's phone number As my alternate contact because her name was already in the system. Much bigger issue: the furniture dolly I ordered wasn't in the truck and I didn't realise it was missing until I arrived at the house. The pick up process should have prompted to double check it. Without that dolly, the move was nearly ruined!! Luckily I found a shopping cart at the new apartmentâ€” if I hadn't I don't know what o would have done. I was VERY DISAPPOINTING to find the dolly was missing.
Your team member did a great job both during my pickup and return of my rental. Great job again.
