SUHROB H3 days after I returned my vehicle I was notified via email that I had not returned the vehicle and that you would report it stolen. This location did not report it when I returned the vehicle, and apparently did not respond to U-Haul’s inquiries. It was resolved, but it was quite disconcerting to be informed that you are about to be accused of theft.
Annie FI rented a truck for 3 different days and twice we had to use the Uhaul app which totally sucked. Both times it took over 30 minutes to pick up the truck. The hero of the day was the rep at the 800 number unfortunately, I do not remember his name but he saved the day. The owner of the location was very helpful
Marvin SEach employee had conflicting information about what I was supposed to do with the Uhaul rental upon returning it. The employee that was present at the time of pick up told me that I need to fill up the gas tank before returning it. It cost me $62 to do that. As I presented the receipt for the gas I pumped upon returning the rental, the second employee there said I wasn't supposed to fill it completely but only half way. There was no clear word on whether this would be reimbursed on my payment. The real reason I picked this location is because it was easily accessible by public transportation so I didn't need to have someone meeting me there.
