Clerk had to call uhaul person to let them know we were there despite me calling 45 min prior to confirm. But then had to wait awhile for clerk to finish selling cigarettes and lottery to all the saturday morning customers. This made us late for our scheduled arrival time at our location. Truck only had 1/4 gas adding to our late arrival. Asked for receipt and the person sent it in a different language
