Excellent service and very helpful staff. Major problem with my reservation caused by Uhaul, not the hardware store. I reserved the trailer for this location and they had one available. Uhaul called and said I had to travel about 40 miles to get a trailer even though there was one available at the above location. I ended up canceling the reservation and merely going to the hardware store and renting the trailer I wanted. Why would Uhaul send me 40 miles away when the trailer I wanted was at the location I selected? That is really not customer friendly!
david mWorker had 0 knowledge what he was doing. Like he never rented out a trailer before. Slow & annoying. Rental was $24.95. He told me plus a $60 deposit. Then WHY was there $101 withdrawn from my debit card??? ANNNND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY DEPOSIT BACK!!! Trailer was returned 2 days ago!!!!

Myron WThis place was great. The place I originally booked (Wisconsin Rapids) at was not. They got the pick up time wrong and when I went in to figure it out, the wife pretty much called me a liar. She was extremely rude. When the husband came to help, I told him his wife was rude. His response was "I was back there listening and you were rude also." I would never recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service was terrible!
