Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen dropping off I was told I had to put more gas in then when I picked it up. I did have the gentleman at the drop off then tell me I was good and he'd take care of it. When we did originally pick up the uhaul it did us be a blown tire but they did take care of it
Bruce PIt makes a lot of noise when pulling a trailer.
Richard FThis survey is a joke. Your company has a monopoly on the rental truck industry and can do whatever you want, including never having the equipment that was reserved actually available. Your recommendations for how many gallons of fuel to add also ensured that I filled up the entire tank, not a ridiculous 15/16th of a tank. This location was good. Your company sucks, but you clearly don't want to ask any questions about that.
Amber WAwesome customer service. Very quick and easy to return.
