The location and the location manager, Rudy were top notch! The online experience prior to that could have done more when I was setting things up the evening before. It would have been nice if the driver's license pics and approval could have been done the day before. Also, why do you pressure customers to commit to 6 hours use when they go in thinking they are renting a truck for a day? That adds undue pressure if the unexpected traffic delay or other delay happens. And, undue pressure contributes to accidents.chris E.

Rudy was a consummate professional offering directions to the location which is not fronting the street while making sure I was aware of everything about the trailer and with my rental term. It was not clear that this was only a pick-up location. My phone (Android) was set to allow location services but I was repeatedly told to allow location access before progressing. Waited ten minutes for customer service to help. They were not helpful, just made the situation more stressful. I also had to go purchase necessary moving equipment because I was not given the option to rent as per usual. I thought I'd just ask at the location when I picked up the van, but there were no people as this was just for pick up. I have already told my friend who intends to move soon to make absolutely sure he goes to a brick and mortar to rent anything. The automated functions could be useful if they worked.Hunter D.

Your app is absolutely horrible! (1) I had no idea there was a second U-Haul two blocks down the road. I was at the wrong U-Haul! (2) I was never 100% sure I checked the vehicle out correctly. The app kept freezing when uploading the photo! (3) after three attempts to check the vehicle back in, I had to go inside the office to check in. AGAIN, IT KEPT GETTING STUCK ON THE PHOTO! (4) I was charged for two days instead of two hours! I will NEVER use U-Haul again, and will recommend others do the same.Daniel B.
