Picking up the truck was a nightmare. I picked it up before the place was open and had nothing but issues with the online app, uploading ID, and opening the lock to get the key.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisUhaul is the complete worse company I have ever dealt with. They gave me the option to pick up and drop off through the app. The app states everything is good after drop off. Yet I get a charge on my account almost a month later. So a 19.95 uhaul that I used for one trip and filled the gas ended up costing me almost $170. Ridiculous. Never again. The worse experience.
