My only issue with this location (it isn't their fault) I brought the truck back the afternoon before it was due and with less miles and I received no credit! If I would have brought it back late or with more miles you would have charged me! Where is my credit?

This pertains to your web page - DO NOT - auto change locations on an order. We ordered our trailer with both of us double checking info. especially for the location, before committing. On commit we found our order placed for another very inconvenient site. I spent an hour on the phone and never got though to your customer service site. Chat was nearly as slow. I wondered if you even had a customer service office. These corporate policies or actions make UHaul look bad!!! and We had to rent our truck early and drop late - just to have it for one trip - that cost us. It would be nice if you had weekend hours.
