Carol DThe vehicle was totally disgusting. It obviously wasn't cleaned. There were cigarette ashes in EVERY cupholder. The back was covered in an oily rusty soot that I had to pull the rubber mats and wash off. Even after washing them, the dirt got on all of the cases I was hauling. The van was on less than a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up, I was told I would be credited for any additional gas I returned it with. I was not credited. I sent an email to U-Haul with attached photos asking for a refund. I have not heard back.
