Was charged for non existent extra miles as well as not getting a reduced rate for missing items from my order. The guy was rude. Accused us of changing the truck to kilometres which requires a complicated process none of us would have guessed in a million years. Had to put more gas in because they said the gas was at 5/8 when it was 1/2 tank on pick up. I didn’t take photos of the gas gage, unfortunately, my mistake. We’re older people who wouldn’t cheat anyone out of their fair due. Just didn’t expect it from them - I was naive🤷♀️.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe equipment was clean - but the vehicle when driven, felt like it needed maintenance with the steering. When ordering online, I was offered a 2 wheel dolly but when I arrived - they didn't have 1 to provide ( I wasn't charged for it) I have rented here before so I would recommend this location based off of the past experience and this as a whole bit an 'average' experience the 2nd time around
FRASER CMore options. There was only 1 size understand why but was able to get 1 that worked for me at the time.
Evelyn CIncompetent staff, unreliable, no communication, nobody willing to take any responsibility to solve a problem. Truck was not there on scheduled pick up day, U-Haul location did not notify me. Had to talk to 6 different people to get redirected to U-Hauls “traffic department” to locate another truck ASAP.
Emmett MNothing. Everything went smooth. It was quick and easy to get the truck.
