Both locations were excellent. The pick up location was great very helpful and then when I got to the drop off location, I believe the owner was there and he was very helpful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI only picked the trailer up at this location because the selected location didn’t have it. I reserved the trailer the previous day only to be told it’s not here. Very frustrating as this wasted a lot of time. Both locations very were both very nice and clean. The only issue I had was more of an issue because of U-Haul
Antony GGreat customer service that made this an easy experience that was better than I expected!!
Chris KThe rental drop off location was fine. The 24/7 service was not when we experienced a blow out tire and Utica NY and had to wait over 17 hours to get a replacement trailer due to "no trailers" being available and the inability of customer service to find a replacement tire.
Duane Wexcellent service and equipment.
