The location has a wonderfully friendly staff. The transaction went smoothly, and the equipment worked as expected.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avis15’ U-Haul has an RPM problem. RPM was ramping up to 3000-ish, even when I’m slowly accelerating up from like 0-20 and would hold there for a while, transmission on the 15’ U-Haul is in rough shape. Loud noise on the drivers side. Feels rough to drive, luckily nothing bad happened on my drive to make it worse.
Chase BHad to have roadside service come out to restart the truck because it was such an old truck you had to turn the ignition key almost completely around before it would start. It 2 hands for me to crank it that far. I had to pay my helpers to wait around for service. The U haul manager told me it was my fault!!!! I waited 3 hours! I feel I should have gotten some kind of discount. Very disappointed with your company and I will tell all my thousands of friends how awful my experience with your company was!!!!!
Jolyn BWas not clear in communication of what all was to be charged. Also, if you need to reach him after you leave the place of business , the phone lines are off or business is closed. Extremely too high!
