In the end, I did get the truck and it worked fine. The location didn't have my selected equipment (2 dollies, neither which were available). The truck also wasn't in the location the app said it was, nor were the keys so I had to go inside, defeating the purpose of using the app. Even though I selected the option saying No, I didn't get the equipment, I was still charged for it too so that's pretty uncool.

Wayne CI actually need someone to contact me asap. I have been charged 3x the amount I should have been charged. The gentleman charged me before I took the trailer then only 4 hours later I dropped off however he was not there. So I called and left a message because online it was trying to charge me again. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!!
