Jeremy on staff was extremely kind and helpful, I checked in with him and he communicated clearly with me along the way and I kept him updated on delays with moving my disabled father and he was very gracious with extending my time! Thank you for the kindness on a stressful day!

LILLIAN LWarn the next customer the unit might not be clean and to take pictures before leaving. Double check to make sure their extras are loaded. We did not have the appliance Dollie’s or blankets in the unit when we checked it. The business was closed and thought they were there, they would not open the door. We had to pay for the appliance Dollie’s and blankets at the Clovis dealer and HOPE we get reimbursed. And then when I mark that the unit is not clean, I get a notice I will be charged $25.00 for cleaning. Those are not my children sized hand prints all over the inside of a filthy windshield that I could barely see out of, even after using the washer/wiper.
