Christopher was very helpful and so professional! He helped me every step of the way. There were a few glitches in the application process and he jumped in and took over. This was a Sunday and the facility was closed, but he took the time to help us so that we could have the U-HAUL truck as it was extremely necessary. I am so appreciative and grateful that he was there to help with such a great attitude and professional manner. I had to ding the review on the inside of the cab due to the condition of it. It was sticky, dirty, and filthy inside the cab. It could use some cleaning. The cargo area was clean. Thank you, Dave and Julie Smith
