The gas refill was unfair. Basing it on the speedometer resulted in us paying $17 for 9,4 miles, despite the van's supposed mileage being 12 miles per gallon (that would have costed us $5 absolute max). This felt really frustrating, and it definitely undermined the integrity of the business from our perspective. If the van has unreliable mileage, that's not the customer's responsibility to cover. Merci.

Nothing to improve, but I would like to say the lady who helped me at the front desk was very sweet and informative. I have not personally driven a van before, but her tips and advice were well appreciated to help me feel more confident with my move. Hope she has a wonderful rest of her week :)

Aiko TVery unhappy with digital rental experience. A person staffed the location but I had to take pictures and go through a lengthy process (that froze several times) to check out. Will try to avoid using. U-Haul ever again.
