The reserved truck was changed. The roof had damage and it was never mentioned and leaked all over the cargo. The truck was dirty on the outside. The cab was pretty clean. The trucks air worked intermittently. Wipers were older and when driving through a storm it was not cleaning the window like it should have. Ultimately unmaintained equipment and now I’m left with damaged household items like bassinets and mattresses because they were soaked and concerned about mold growth. So I have to say worst experience with U-Haul I have ever had.

MIKE CFantastic customer service
Tanner CThe service was great.
NEVILLE WWanted to pick up at a location closer to my house, but was happy to drive a little further to get a one-way truck. They gave me extra miles to account for the extra distance.
