the uhaul app sucks and was unusable... the "pick up with my phone" process from the website was a joke and took longer than the already ridiculous human-driven pickup process. uhaul really needs to drastically improve the digital experience quickly before some startup blows them out of the water. people just want to grab a truck with minimum fuss
