Pick up time 12::30- truck had to be picked up different location. Driver had to wait until around 2:30 to pick up. I was paying $125,00 an hour for my movers. You get no praise from me thanks for all you did not do. Please ask corporate to call me

I reserved for 3 days. I only needed 1. I dropped it off early (Friday, August 2nd). The man told me to drop it off a few blocks away. There was no one there when I dropped it off. Thankfully, I was smart enough to take pictures and a video with the time/date stamp on them. Around a week later, I received a call from the Indy Uhaul asking why I had not returned the Uhaul. I explained what happened and that I had proof I did. Later, I received an email thanking me for turning in the Uhaul on Saturday, August 3rd at 5pm. I know that was not true since I was at an event with 60 other people. The Princeton, WV Uhaul needs to learn customer service.
