Hire more staff? There was one person working. I arrived at 4:00 for a 4:30 reservation. There were 5 people in line in front of me, and I did not get to work with the U Haul agent until 6:20. I waited over two hours, standing outside, waiting for her to process her clients. Because of this, I do not expect to rent from this U Haul facility again.Jeff D.

The woman I rented a trailer from, Deverne, was there alone handling rental units, vehicles, propane filling, the phone and office duty. Despite the system being down, she still managed to accommodate me. On my equipment return, another young lady was there alone with a line of customers waiting to be helped. The two women mentioned deserve credit for their hard work, but ownership needs to stop being greedy and hire some help for these overburdened employees.Gerald P.
Reservation time was 4pm; I didn't receive the truck I needed until 6:45pm. Only (1) associate was working; granted she was the manager & thorough; this was highly unacceptable WAIT time; especially with a reservation & having checked in online. Everything was great. Until.... I was supposed to return the truck by 7pm that day I rented it. I wasn't able to. I knew I would have to pay more. When I got to the location to return. I got a call from Daverne. Telling me when I was supposed to return and saying that I was messing with people's moves in a very rude manner. Then when I asked her how much extra it would be she blatenly ignored my question as if I didn't say anything. Very rude and disrespectful person she was with me. I will never go back to that place nor recommend anybody to go there.Luis S.
on busy days you need at least 2 people working 1 checking in & 1 checking out, poor woman was working her tail off. ,... you lost customers because of the line that formed out front. i'd say 5-7 in the 2 hours i was waiting!!! the hourly wage would've easily been covered by 5 rentals you lost.JAY R.

There was a long line to check-in/pickup my vehicle. I did not actually get my vehicle until 25 minutes after my pickup time. I did not sign up for Mobile Check-in since last time I did that (at a different location), the people there told me that it's usually easier to do the normal check-in during normal business hours.Janice H.

The lady attendant was rude both times I had to interact with her. When I dropped the UHaul off I wasn't sure where to pull in or park at so she went on to honk her horn at me in another uhaul truck to get me to move. You don't honk your horn at customers at 7:30 am in the morning. She was very unprofessional.Derek V.
I am upset w all the charges on my uhaul i rented. I was charge 75.00 on my charge. And today i recvd an additional bill of 265.00$ I rened the pick up truck for 2 days. I will never ever reccomend u haul to any of my friends.Renee T.
The woman at the desk was very rude to all of the customers. She complained about being busy even though everyone was very patient with her and waited outside until it was their turn. Considering what's going on in the world you would think they would be taking better precautions. For one I was set up for 4 hrs I did not get that because I got the truck late due to me waiting on another customer to be done. All the rep did was go look at the vehicle then gave it to me there was no sanitizing or cleaning of any kind. The rep himself was kind just think more needs to be doneYasmine M.

The woman working at the front desk was the worst I have ever seen in customer service. She told me if it were her and she saw I was late she would have taken my name off the reservation not knowing I was just a little behind from moving. She told me she had been the only one there since 6am and I guess that's why she was miserable but no excuse. She made the entire process negative after an already stressful day. I will never be back at this location. My boyfriend asked me did I get the keys yet, she says if you would just hold on a second I'll tell her that. She was just extremely extremely rude. That is not the location I was he texted to drop off. I was texted to drop off where U dud. I was going to drop off in Norfolk. When we left it was drop off unknown and confirmation said I had 2 days to drop off. I dropped off at 9am. The extra day and wrong drop off need credited back to my debit card ASAP.Nadine B.
Worst location! I'd never recommend anyone going to use uhaul or use this location. It is RACIST, RUDE, NOT PROFESSIONAL, and WILL CHEAT YOU & OVERCHARGE YOU. First, I was treated rudely by the manager Devern because we're asian. Second, the I had booked an appliance dolly and the online portal said it was available but it wasn't when I went to the store. They told me to pick it up from a different location and then said they would not charge me for extra miles but they did. When I went to drop off the trailer, the manager was rude and ill treated us as she said that we were bothering her as she was short of staff. All did we were asking her for was to check us out as we were returning the trailer.Yogesh A.
I've been trying to call since I picked up the truck and your hold times are unreal. My dolly was not in the truck and I needed to speak to someone to make sure I am not charged for the dolly being missing. Not too worried about the $7 refund. I just don't want to be further charged for missing equipment since it was never there in the first place.Nastalgia P.
