I would have liked to pick up and drop off the equipment at a location that was more convenient to me. There are at least two U-Haul locations in Manchester, NH. It seemed odd to have to drive 15 miles out of Manchester to pick up and drop off a trailer.

We had no problem with the location, but when we got there at the planned time, They did not have a vehicle. The people in Fremont were as helpful as they could be and sent us to Raymond. However, the people at the national Uhaul office seemed to be blaming my husband over the phone for the fact that the uhaul we had rented on the website was not there. We had a limited window of time and had hired a person to help us move. This was a huge inconvenience, and we were no given no compensation for the fact that we did not really get 24 hours with the vehicle.

When we got there to drop off the you haul the gate was locked and we had to put the truck on the road which was very unsafe customer service should have told us even though we told them that the location was closed they said till the of the truck

Great service, I will definitely use this location again when I need a rental truck. The local personnel were great to work with and the final bill was less than I expected. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend them.

Trailer was dirty. I had to sweep it out before using. They put wrong trailer number on receipt so that caused problems in the end. The chain they gave us was too long and hung down so they twisted it to make shorter which was still too long so we had to rig it deferent to prevent from hanging on the ground.

I was extremely unhappy to find out my total Bill was over $90! I saw the huge sign for $29.99. I drove the truck 37 miles total. Replaced it with just under 4 gallons of gas. And returned the truck. Got the bill emailed to me saying they had to add over $13 in gas to get it back to 1/2 a tank. I find this ridiculous and a rip off. The truck was used for approximately 4 hours.

The location was much further than I had booked in my truck request- they added mileage, but the cost was not reduced to cover the additional gas. Otherwise truck was great and move went well.
