The staff was rude and we were an hour late dropping off the equipment and they charged me for an entire extra day. I've used U-Haul many times and have never met such un-accommodation. Will be avoiding U-Haul in Lithuania if this is the policy.

There was a very big mixup and confusion with the reservation that was made for myself in moving my girlfriend from Chicago to Rocklin. I was supposed to have a much larger truck that would allow me to take only one trip from Chico to Rocklin and instead when I arrived after driving 3 1/2 hours to red Bluff from Rocklin to pick up the rental that I was supposed to have and then found out it was not available granted the location did call and leave me a message however we were on back roads were service was spotty and I did not receive that so once we did finally arrive we were notified that my truck was not there and they couldn't guarantee how long it would take for it to be there due to the additional time constraints we had for our other events I had to except a much smaller truck and now I am having to take multiple loads instead of one load only. There was a small compensation that was offered and applied to our account but it was an additional waste of 2 1/2 hours that I would not of had to waste because the locations in Chico had the smaller truck had I been given this information More than an hour or two prior to needing to pick up my truck. I just view it as a poor management of time and organization to offer some thing with no guarantee was very upsetting.

Give Eric B. and the Manager a raise. They had to deal with the mess that their fellow Uhaul employees caused. On top of the mess, they did a good job with their customer service. Class act by the both of them. Given Uhaul royally messed up my order, I am not recommending Uhaul to anyone, and I will never use it myself again. But this location knows how to please cusomers.

There were two guys sitting there when I arrived and neither one of them wanted to take the time to help me. They literally just said leave the keys in it you're good. I had some boxes that were unused as well as moving blankets that I was supposed to be given a refund for which I never did receive. I did ask the one guy and he just said will make sure you get what's coming. I just feel like they did not want to tear themselves away from their conversation they were having with one another to take the time to help me. My overall experience that U-Haul was so deplorable that I will never never never again use your company for my needs. Nor will I allow anybody in my family to do so and I have told everybody I know how awful of an experience I had with U-Haul.

Truck was so extremely filthy that the inside of the windshield had thick dirt on it. The registration was not completed correctly, and if I didn't check on it a few days ahead of time, would not have had the right size truck. This was very stressful as we were moving to another state.

My original rental was unfortunately scheduled for 1 day rather than the 4 days i wanted. I called customer support and added several days, intending on returning the trailer on a Saturday. when I in fact returned the trailer a day early on Friday, I was told it was late and additional charges would be added. The entire experience was not positive, but I'm not sure it was the fault of employees at either location.

Rental truck wasn't available, and I was given uhaul instead that was dirty. Thw associate made me clean it or else a 25$ charge and fill it to full even tho vehicle wasn't full. Gave me a uhaul that was too big when they had smaller ones available. The associate wasn't very friendly or helpful.

The associates that helped me reserve and rent the trailer were amazing. The trailer that I rented had to have two of it's marking lights on the rear top of the trailer repaired and replaced along with the driver side rear running light/blinker light fixed. That was all done before I left with it which was very much appreciated.

The only bad thing that happen was the the truck we had reserved turned out to be unavailable at my pick up time. They changed it to 1 1/2 hours later and when we went to pick it up it still was unavailable. We had to down size out truck. Good thing we were only moving 1 mile down the street and where able to do multiple runs but if it was a further dissents that small truck would have been hard.

I had reserved a 20' truck which was not available when I arrived. I had asked for a discount on milage rate since I was given a much smaller truck and I would need to make multiple trips for my in town move which the manager refused to do. The associate who helped me during checkout, I believe his name was Brandon, he was polite and respectful. My experience when returning the truck was not pleasant. I asked the associate who was inspecting the truck if rates were any different when reserving online in advanced and he said they were the same then continued to murmur an insult quietly which I couldn't make out too well because he was wearing a face covering. I believe that associates name is Daren. As I walked away I saw Brandon which he was polite again and I said to him that the other associate was a "Fucking Asshole." Brandon did not seem surprised in the slightest only apologised for my experience and stated that was behavior which he had been made aware of previously. I thanked him for his great service and proceeded with my day.

When you reserve a time before store hours open make it user friendly as logged into my account followed directions an still wasn't able to get key to truck and wasn't able locate truck. Seen a worker there an he said can't help you have too much to do, working customer service myself showed a lot he wasn't about helping customer. Which is key in my opinion.

I had to drive 3 hours to pick up my uhaul that I had scheduled 3 weeks in advance for a pickup in or near San Francisco. The truck wreaked of cigarette smoke and was not clean.

The truck I rented was not clean. The oil service light was on. The back storage of the truck was full of the smell of pot. The truck rear brakes were squealing when coming to a stop. The truck when it reached the speed of 65 the truck shook so bad I thought the truck was going to fall apart.

Your reservation system was not up to date. It required me to return the equipment when it was falsely proposed to be a one way rental. It turned a 4 hour drive into an 11 hour marathon. It was not a failure of the local branch but of your corporate processes. Will be tough for me to recommend uhaul in the future.
