The lady at the counter could be a bit nicer. while checking out the truck she did not make me feel very wanted. But without frequent renters like me, there would be no job for her. She would tell me what to push on the keypad before it even popped up and then repeat herself because I had not followed her instructions. This was not the first interaction I have had with this young lady, but I hope the next time she's got a better attitude.RACHEL LINDA S.
The location was fine. Our agent and the supervisor at the location were both exceptional. The overall experience, however, was lousy. Uhaul needs to get their act together so that when people rent from a specific location, the rental is actually there. We had to go to three different locations before we actually got the uhaul that we reserved. The last time I rented from uhaul and reserved, we never did get a truck, just the runaround. Didn't learn my lesson that time. There won't be a next time.JAMES P.

I typically use this location because there is a good selection of trailers. My only complaint is I returned a trailer the same I day rented it instead of the the full 24hrs.. I returned it during a high traffic return day and they some how misplaced the trailer for 2 days and then magically it showed up and I had a 4 day charge. Instead of working with me and reviewing the cameras like I requested and working together to figure out when the problem occurred I was told I'm wrong and there is no way they made a mistake.. it was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation. I hope in the future this location will be more willing to work with customers when issue come up.JAMES ALAN B.

These guys are awesome, they knocked it out of the park for me. On moving day I got a truck and it was in excellent condition. Old bessie sure did work hard and didnt flinch! Such a beautiful vehicle and the team at Oddie all deserve a Krispy Kream Donut party and a day off!NICHOLAS JAMES H.

The women who work there are so nice, so real. And the guy who was working Friday am was doing 3 or 4 things, very competent. The people behind the counter are the ones I'm speaking of, the others did a good job also. As soon as I returned the van a guy checked everything on van and I was outta there. The truck I rented was very bumpy and you could feel every crack in the road. Ive never jad this happen before with any previous trucks. The ramp was also difficult to use as it would lock up 1/4 of yhe way out, and it took 2 people pulling and wiggling it to get it to come out. The staff was very friendly and I give them top marks for their attitude and making the process easier. I did pay for a rolling dolly that was never put in the truck. I will admit that it was very busy that morning, so I can see how it was easy to forget. The only ossue is that I paid for it. Other than that, the staff was excellent.Damon W.

I reserved a 15 foot truck online. I was led to believe via the online process that this location had the equipment that I was allowed to reserve online. The morning of, I was sent a text message informing me that the equipment I reserved was not available and the only other option was a 10 foot truck. This was a huge problem for me. I needed the 15 foot because of 1) the head room: 2 full size refigerators, and 2) the ramp: 700lb tool chest and 1200lb safe. The 10 foot truck is approx. 2 feet shorter in height and does NOT have a ramp. Totally unacceptable that U-Haul allowed me to complete and make the reservation if the equipment was not available.Joshua B.
Not the locations fault but mobile pickup doesn't exist! Still had to wait in line and complete all the paperwork! Not the grab & go as it appears when you reserve. Also, there was no buffer on time to get it back before the next rental so I should have just booked the full day instead of being honest with what I thought I would need it for. Drop off also required customer assistance which should be done by uhaul in my opinion. Very stressful and time intensive experience overall.Elliott N.
First the employees that supposed to help you just say there and told me they had no vans to rent anymore, even after I told them, online said there were vans available. They never even bother to check, so I had to go online to rent one. So shitty ass customer serviceClark K.

Several weeks ago, I set up hitch install on line. Followed directions regarding car make and model and selecting desired HIDDEN hitch. I researched and studied part number, how it would appear once installed, etc, then paid for it. Sales rep said to call day before appt to ensure item came in. Finally, the day before appt, got through to a human to confirm, yes, install was a go! The hitch installed wasn't the one I ordered!!! NOT COOL!!!!! ALL Staff were great. The mgr offered to replace hitch when correct one comes in. He pointed out it could be a very long wait, though. I decided that the visible/differently mounted one would be okay. Mgr was attentive and made sure I didn't pay for something I didn't receive. Very good customer service despite wrong item LOLOLWANDA JANE R.
