The guy at the customer desk. He wasn't very friendly. He wasn't helpful. He told me I had to do everything. All on my own he didn't want no part of it... He was not very helpful at all. The truck had not been swept out had not been cleaned. It was an overall long process. I didn't get the vehicle till ten till 8. And then someone called my son from u hall at nine o'clock and said I was late. I rented the vehicle for2 hours. I didn't leave there until ten to 8

IVAN DThere was a padlock on the back of the truck and I was unable to get the code from the owners of this truck at the location. I had to reach out to customer service for them to contact the owners at this location. Half of my allotted time was wasted trying to communicate with this location. Do not rent from them
SEUNG WThe U-HAUL representative at the convenience store was not helpful and did not understand the situation I was in. The system had an error on my file by mistake and the representative insisted that it was my problem. She also could not communicate well because of weird English accent! I also had to wait about 30 minutes on the phone to get connected to an assistant for the problem which I was not at fault and this made me be behind my moving schedule!
MOHAMMAD SCharge me unreasonable fuel cost for only 6 km!!!
