Pick up location was changed by U-Haul and this location was not manned when we got there. We had to call someone to come help us. Trailer was dirty inside but we took it since we were behind schedule. If recommending I would tell them to call the location in advance.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNobody was at the location when I arrived. I had to call and have someone come over from another location. The trailer left brake and turn signal light was inoperable.

James PWe had a late night reservation up for a 26 ft. truck we arrived to pick it up at 1 am and there were 3 trucks but no keys in the lock box. No one answered the after hours phone #. I was told I'd receive a phone call from the regional manager within 72 hours, it's been double that... no call, but they did charge me $700. Horrible experience.
