James PWe had a late night reservation up for a 26 ft. truck we arrived to pick it up at 1 am and there were 3 trucks but no keys in the lock box. No one answered the after hours phone #. I was told I'd receive a phone call from the regional manager within 72 hours, it's been double that... no call, but they did charge me $700. Horrible experience.
TIM GMy reservation did not have insurance, but I was charged insurance. The app did not find location, so I had to see the staff inside and did not realize that additional charges. SHADY!
Karl ZRequested two days of use with truck on the days prior to getting truck was called multiple times about dropping truck off at different locations. upon picking up truck there was no furniture dolly which I requested when I made the reservations. The help desk told me to wait or come back when they opened 2 hours later. On the day of drop off I got a text saying that the truck was past due for turn in. That’s when I went back and read that the truck was only issued to me for one day. To much drama to have to deal with when renting a truck. Will go will a different company in the future.
