Requested two days of use with truck on the days prior to getting truck was called multiple times about dropping truck off at different locations. upon picking up truck there was no furniture dolly which I requested when I made the reservations. The help desk told me to wait or come back when they opened 2 hours later. On the day of drop off I got a text saying that the truck was past due for turn in. That's when I went back and read that the truck was only issued to me for one day. To much drama to have to deal with when renting a truck. Will go will a different company in the future.

My drop off time was scheduled for 12pm. I get there and no one is there. They didn't even open till 2 so why allow me to drop off at 12 if no one would be there to return my cash deposit? So although I had to drop off another uhaul trailer I also had by 4(it was 3 hours away),I had to wait. 2 pm comes around and nothing. I call the number and she says no one will be at that location till after 3. We go back and forth about how to get my cash deposit back because I've already completed a remote drop off. She calls me a little under an hour later to tell me I can pick up the deposit at a different location..great! Except that I had to pay an extra day on the other uhaul trailer as I couldn't get it returned after waiting over 4 hours for this place. The extra day was close to the amount of the return! Like don't post hours or accept returns if you won't be there to complete the transaction.
McKenzie L.I am not happy with my experience. I rented a utility and appliance Dolly with the truck and neither were with the rental at pick up. I was forced to go to another to U-Haul location to rent them. When I returned the rental truck, the app would not allow me to check in so I had to call customer service to do so. I reminded them that I had to open a new contract to rent the dollies from another location and I was told that there would not be a charge for them on my original contract. Unfortunately that was not true. So I basically paid for 4 dollies and only used 2.
Jai-Liesa D.Igor charged for something I don't even use. I wanted to just a dolly but it wasn't . And to top it off now I'm being charged $100 for the dolly that wasn't even there
Rossana R.The reservation process is terrible. I had a 20 ft reserved and was given only a 10 ft at the last minute and told I was lucky to get that. Needless to say, I could not complete my move this last weekend. Very disappointing experience.
