Daisy is phenomenal. She is very responsive and helpful and nice. Kevin Glock is a phenomenal manager who fixed an error made at the New York Brooklyn UHaul regarding return charges. He was quick to respond, empathic, efficient and clear. Roadside assistance helped me when my mirror was clipped despite being parked partway on the side walk. It was a chaotic situation due to the Nor'easter and roadside found a solution that saved my day.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat location, easy pickup and drop off, and all costs were identified up front. Great job!
dwight sMake sure when they come in for an estimate they know all they need to know for a quick pick-up, a quick and easy return, and a good estimate of the costs before they make the reservation. For the most part, this was done for me because I requested it and made for a great experience.
dwight sVery hard to understand the person helping me. Wasn’t the nicest.
LAURA WThe staff at this location were super friendly and helpful and made the entire process easy!
