Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe UHaul mobile application is too slow. When returning the truck, we struggled to complete the return through the app. It asked for 6 pictures and after submitting through the app, it said all the pictures need to retaken again and uploaded. Since it was already late in the night and there was no street lights around the place, we had to call the customer service to complete the return. Uhaul needs to change this process somehow. It was a frustrating experience.
Suresh KThe employee who assisted was very kind and professional throughout his assistance.
Kasha HThey were golden, and a big help when I dropped off the truck.
timothy lThe location on W Baskins is the best Uhaul Ive ever used(Ive rented about a dozen times). I reserved through the app and picked up right at 9. The location is right of Dave Lyle so convenient to anywhere in Rockhill/Fort Mill area. Id give them 6 stars if ai could 🫡😊
