Richard BI did an after hours drop off I was kinda confused because U-Haul asked me to check the equipment in but there was a$20 charge. I seen the businesses number posted on the door this was on a Sunday so I was worried about getting a hold of someone called the number on the door and BJ answered, WOW he made me feel great he told me not to worry about nothing he would take care of everything and he even came in on his day off to make sure everything was done correctly. WOW what a business and WOW for BJ just really good people. Would absolutely use again and HIGHLY recommend.

Nicholas BI was looking for a U-Haul car hauler to get my brother moved back from the marines and I noticed the reviews and how good of a place everyone was saying it was . So I gave Storage In Motion a call and spoke to BJ from booking the reservation to dropping the car hauler back off BJ was amazing he loaded it up for us he unloaded it.I had a few questions and BJ answered all my questions professionally. All the reviews are very much TRUE and I would absolutely do business with Storage In Motion again. A BUSINESS THAT CARES ! Good Job Storage In Motion and BJ ! Thanks Again .
