Location is very convenient but the app to do check in / out always seems to have issues. This cost time I’m paying for to do your job of taking pictures of everything. Both times I’ve rented recently, the truck / van has been very dirty to where I have to clean windshield before using.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy hand truck and appliance hand truck and the moving blankets were not provided in the back of the truck. When I called the location, they said I had to reach out to U Haul directly. I didn’t have time to hold for 15 minutes with UHaul while I was moving the house. The location should have been able to resolve the issue for me.
Andrew GThe virtual pick-up and drop off is a nightmare process! I was told to take pictures of the sides of the truck but the truck was parked in between two other trucks. Yes I couldn’t advance to the next step until I took the pictures. It took forever and was frustrating.
Giovanni SLocation was not open as advertised. Added significant time and inconvenience to equipment pickup time.
Christopher BVery clean, secure, easy to work with staff (Sierra - manager).
