Farrah S.This experience with U-Haul was not a pleasant one. I reserved a 20' truck days ahead of when I needed it and upon picking up the truck I was told that “Corporate†canceld my reservation. Mind you, it's 2:00 pm on a Friday and now I have no truck. I had to scramble around and located a 15' truck that I rented and it was far too small. I had to make a second trip to finish the job I set out to do which cost twice in mileage than I would have spent. I received nothing from U-Haul regarding the cancellation of my original reservation and it caused all sorts of issues trying take care of a move that was already stressful enough. With that said, I think I would recommend looking elsewhere for a different rental company to a friend and definitely for myself in the future.
