If the truck had a ramp that would have been great. We made it worked since that truck was only to move some tools and not the main furniture. Location was great the customer service was great no complaints there.
No one was there on drop off and after two weeks we got a phone call stating they'd never accepted the vehicle and trailer back. Very unprofessional.
The rope I paid for was not in the truck, the front right tire was low and needed air.
Very good customer service. Got what we needed and got out. Also used his knowledge of the equipment and previous rental experience to have us verify that what we were hauling would fit.
The only thing that would have made the experience better would to have a built in trailer tongue jack. I wanted to return the trailer the evening before, but couldn't, because I couldn't lift the tongue by myself to disconnect.
