Location needs clear indication that it's the uhaul location. A sign, a piece of paper. Something. The truck reeked of cigarettes, had a couple cigarette butts in the door pockets, had kibble and dog hair all over, gas tank was empty. Seemed to have no windshield wiper fluid at all. A quick clean and checking fluids before giving it to the next customer would be good. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMake the office easier to find. Otherwise, the lady is helpful and easy to work with.
JEFF HBecause you think that you’re gonna pay $40 for a U-Haul rental and then they take the $40 out of your account and then all of a sudden you get a bill after you turn it back in two hours early and they took out 80 more dollars. It’s crazy. It’s a set up and there needs to be somewhere that shows we’re about to charge you way more than you expect.
