The location it’s self was fine but U-Haul made us drive 50 minutes out of the way from our old house, which was about 1.5 hours from our new house, just to pick up the moving truck.

RAYMOND TGreat customer service 💯
LAURA MHad nothing to do with location, the rep was helpful and accommodating, my problem is with U-Haul, did my reservation online for a Cornwall pick up and the day of the rental I was contacted and saying my chosen location did not have my equipment and change my location to one a little further away with no compensation consideration and to top it all, when I picked up the truck, the batteries were dead and even tho the location has a garage, the booster pack was not charge and could not start the truck, thank gos o had my own booster packing my vehicle, o was able to use it and start the truck. Really not impress with U-Haul reservation system.
DOMINIC DThis was my second attempt to rent a trailer and completely opposite to the first one. They were great at this location and most of all knowledgeable. My first attempt was at the 950 Brookdale Ave, Cornwall location and I left there extremely frustrated with their complete lack of knowledge about their own products and steps to rent. I will never recommend or go back to that location again!!
