I had to call for help with my check in because the browser kept getting a location services error. I called the help number and it was answered promptly. The agent was very difficult to hear as she was on a speaker phone with some kind of fan or very loud background noise. I asked her to come off speaker and she didn't seem to want to address the audio issues. Otherwise, the experience was good.

Below average because no one said that will be overcharged. when I rented before and meet employees. they did not over charge me and explain the process. I did not receive any padding, please refund my money. Thanks
ian hThe mobile pickup was less than acceptable. The lockbox needs to be replaced with something that can be reasonably opened. I had 3 chat sessions and 2 phone calls to finally learn that you have to push and pull the 1/2 inch lever and almost pry it open. In addition this was being rented to move a boat and the trailer light hitch was very outdated and I could not find an adapter at home depot or auto zone so I was not able to actually move the boat.
