I was directed to a drop off locations that did not deal with auto transport. The lady working there really helped me out figuring out how to detach the auto transport even though she had never had to do it.

The personnel at all locations are very nice but the U-haul system for dropping off trucks is a bit inconvenient for the customer. We were at the designated drop off location (not this one) in time to arrive at a doctor's appointment afterward. We received a text just as we arrived at the original site that we needed to leave the truck at another site. BEWARE: the system is set up for the convenience of U-haul and not customers.

I was in a hurry and the rep was nice. BUT I did not insist that she come out and see that my furniture pads were folded and truck was swept. Foind the extra charge for folding and sweeping on my credit card statement! THEIVES!!!! BAD way to do business. STAY AWAY from this drop location.

The truck was filthy inside and out. The cab had food on the floor, the back box of the truck was so dirty we did not want any fabric furniture to touch any of the trucks surface. The outside of the truck was covered with dirt and bugs. The truck shifted poorly and would only shift gears if you let off of the gas.
