The pick up process at a 24/7 location without an onsite employee is confusing, overwhelming, time-consuming, frustrating, and not worth trying to rent locally.

Lakeshia JEverything was perfect and ms. Porsha (I hope I spelled that correctly) was so nice and helpful
Cody SNothing cars and Thangz is great as it is
Cory HVehicle was poorly maintained, had broken glass in the cargo area and a flip flop presumably form the previous user, withon the first 5 hours the check engine light came on, roadside told us to keep going until it started flashing, did not boost our confidence. Spent 6 hours broken down because the A/C died while a national heat advisory was in effect and temperatures were 105+ which was still not fully operational after it was repaired
