They claimed I never dropped off the tow dolly on the day I actually dropped it off and she was in the little building. she didn't come outside , she yelled through the screen door to park it wherever. After parking it she yelled out the door that she will come check it out but I never saw her . I tried calling again and went to the door and she never answered either . This location then charged my card for 6 more days saying I dropped it off a week after I did. I have since gotten my money back . She clearly knew when I dropped it off and This location needs to be reviewed and checked for more fraudulent charges on their customers. Will never use this location and I travel a lot to South Carolina.

WADE JThe staff was responsive but not on-site. The self check-in was a nightmare and took over two hours that involved many tries through the app and many phone calls with local staff and 1-800-GO-U-HAUL. Unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience.
