marsha fI had three pages of stuff that I was supposed to review on my IPhone. Picked the truck up on Saturday morning and started driving to Wichita. I was starting back to St.John when a lady called asking me if I picked up the truck. I told her that I did and when you are talking to me I’m in Wichita. She went off on me about checking in on line it was in somewhere in those three pages. If you were stopped by police I could have been arrested for stealing the truck. She just really got off on telling me I screwed up, which I had all ready done. I don’t work for UHAUL and not done a truck rental like this. Told her don’t worry about it that I will never rent a UHAUL truck again. The agent here in St. John was great would rent from here again, don’t want to have any dealings with any other UHAUL personal.
