I walked in and was greeted by the owner and did the sign up and he walked me out and hooked up the tow dolly to my truck. He told me to open the app and do the pictures. Super nice guy and helpful. I will give him and extra thanks for letting me use his come along.

Hard to rate this drop off location. It was as much as I expected for a tiny town. Overall, ok
Bo RThe pickup locations owner was extremely friendly and professional. The unfortunate part is U-Haul as a whole handled my reservation very poorly. I asked for a a 10-ft truck to be picked up in one location. I had a hotel reservation and I had to board my dog. The day before I was told that location could no longer Supply my truck. But I can go to this new location. It was only an extra 30 minutes having said that if what I wanted wasn't available then I should not have been allowed to make the reservation.. I wasn't even offered a discount. For the inconvenience that you all caused me. Would I recommend the location that I picked up my truck again yes would I recommend U-Haul again absolutely not
